Baby Caterpillar - 23 Weeks.

I'm 23 weeks already!! When did this happen?! I can't believe it. 

I've been sorting out most of the baby's clothes this week and wrote a list of the things we need to get, and there isn't much at all. This little one will be very spoilt!

My appetite has increased this week and I'm eating so much during the day, but my vomiting has increased a bit too so I haven't kept much down!

I've had a couple of good days though, which gives me a break :).

I've started working on the nursery again, and our rocking chair arrives tomorrow. We will paint it over the next couple of weeks and all will be left is adding in a change table and a bunting to finish it off.

I'm FINALLY feeling kicks now, just starting too. Every now and then I feel these little jolts and it's mainly when I'm laying in bed. Can't wait until I feel more. They gave Jydan a nice little kick on his hand too.. he didn't notice but it was so cute!

Symptoms this week:

Hyperemisis.
Fluid in feet.

Tiredness.

Trouble Staying Asleep.

Feeling Faint.

Tingling Head.

Movements & Kicks.

Extra Thirst.

Bump!

Increased Appetite.

Pelvic Pain.

Colostrum.

 

Weight gain: 4 kilo -no gain this week.

 

Size of baby: 
About 501gms, and 28.9 cms head to toe!

Half a kilo already!

About the size of an eggplant!

 

Baby's doing this week:

Baby can hear and will react if there is a sudden noise, which I've found is happening!!

 

Time left:

17 weeks!! 

 

Next Milestone:

Getting to 24 weeks! Next week!!

 

Baby's Gender:

Will reveal after our 27 week scan.

 

Nickname for baby:

Caterpillar - because of the hungry caterpillar themed nursery.

 

Cravings:

CHOCOLATE!!
